How to Set Up Your Computer to Read Arabic
So far, the best Arabic browser we have found for viewing our site is Sindbad. The advantage of Sindbad (over the Arabic version of Internet Explorer) is that it can display columns in right-to-left order, and not just text. Sindbad is a Netscape plug-in, so if you would like to use it, refer to the "Netscape Viewers" section.
If you are an Internet Explorer user and would like to use the Arabic version of Internet Explorer, just be aware that columns will be displayed in left-to-right rather than right-to-left order. Columns are found in the Devotional Archives section and on the Book Introductions page.
Netscape Viewers
Sindbad is designed to plug into Netscape Navigator version 4.05. You can download either Sindbad or Netscape Navigator 4.05 or both. Once these programs are installed, run Sindbad directly. It will automatically pull up Netscape.
Internet Explorer Viewers
Microsoft Arabic Internet Explorer 3.02. is available for download. In order to use this program, you must have Arabic Windows 95.
